Who we are

svenskpass is an independent educational platform that helps people prepare for the Swedish citizenship test. We are not affiliated with Migrationsverket or any Swedish government authority.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, chosen language, and (optionally) display name.
• Study data: your practice answers, attempts, progress and streaks.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Payment data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles card details. We only store the subscription status.

How we use your data

• To provide personalised practice and track your progress.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.
• To send account-related messages you asked for.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email connect@nordeaster.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your study data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days (except anonymised aggregated statistics).
