1. Seller and acceptance

svenskpass is an educational service provided by Nordeaster AB ("Nordeaster AB", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms form an agreement between you and Nordeaster AB. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to access or use svenskpass, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Educational service

svenskpass provides practice questions, explanations, mock tests, study tools and related learning materials for Swedish citizenship-test preparation. It is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Migrationsverket, UHR, or any other Swedish government authority. The service does not contain official unreleased test questions and does not guarantee a passing result, citizenship, or any other official outcome.

3. Accounts and licence

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and are responsible for activity under your account. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, Nordeaster AB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use svenskpass for your own study. Accounts and subscriptions may not be shared.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, or to harm others.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape, automate access, or disrupt the service.
• Do not copy, publish, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content or software.
• Do not share an account or attempt to circumvent plan, device, or usage limits.

5. Intellectual property

Nordeaster AB and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in svenskpass, including its software, question bank, explanations, study materials, design, documentation, trademarks and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

6. Subscriptions, payments and Paddle

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Current prices and included features are shown before purchase in Swedish kronor (SEK). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is issued.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund eligibility, including fair-use deductions for digital content you have already used, is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep svenskpass available, secure and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Features and content may change as official information and the service evolve. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. No professional advice

svenskpass provides general educational information, not legal, immigration or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking important information with official sources and deciding how to use learning outputs. For case-specific citizenship questions, contact Migrationsverket or a qualified adviser.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, unlawful activity, or repeated or serious misuse. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. Clauses intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, survive termination.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordeaster AB is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of data, profits or opportunity. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. We will post the revised terms here and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated terms.
