Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

14-day refund window

Nordeaster AB offers a 14-day refund window for svenskpass purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original order date, subject to the fair-use rules below.

Fair use of digital content

svenskpass is a digital study service. Portions of the service that you have already consumed — such as completed mock tests, practised question sets, or used lesson modules — are considered rendered and are not refundable. Where only part of a plan has been used, a refund may be issued for the unused portion, with a proportionate deduction for the content already accessed. If you have not meaningfully used the paid content, you may qualify for a full refund.

We apply these rules reasonably and review borderline cases individually. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request one, visit paddle.net and locate your purchase using the email address used at checkout. You may also contact connect@nordeaster.io if you need help identifying the order.

After a refund

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, your payment provider and your bank. Refunding a subscription ends paid access associated with that purchase. Cancelling future renewal without requesting a refund leaves access available until the end of the current paid period.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Paddle's refund handling is also subject to the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
